Following this line of thought, the association of ideas leads us directly to the Cuvée del Fondatore (also in its exclusive fiftieth-anniversary edition), a paradigmatic wine that has contributed to writing new chapters in the interpretation of Glera grapes in brut version. An ode to sophistication is embodied by Castè, an extra dry wine of character and harmony, cultivated with wisdom in the rugged and steep vineyards of Colle il Castello.
Signature wine also includes a 100% Pinot Noir vinified in rosé, evoked by its dedicated name: Grani Rosa di Pinot Nero. Obtained from a vineyard in the Col San Martino area, it is a wine born from the desire to dare and explore new paths. The Superiore di Cartizze, with its limited production, has always been a testament to a unique terroir, highly suited, which perfectly combines solar exposure and salty winds reminiscent of the Adriatic Sea.
