Founded in 1972, the winery of Graziano Merotto was born describing the territory through Sur Lie wine from Glera grapes. His history is written in the land and in the hands: marked and authentic hands, guardians of a timeless dream and passion.
Always fascinated by Pinot Noir, in the 1980s with his first pupitres, Graziano approached the Classic Method with dedication and simplicity, creating an almost personal niche of bottles.
Today, with Rosélla Metodo Classico Pas Dosé 2022, made from pure Pinot Noir, that journey finds new light. It is a tribute to his roots, to the challenges that shape the future, and to Rossella, his wife, to whom this label is dedicated.
